Join us as we meet five people who are either artists with lived experience of mental-ill health or who work within an arts and mental health setting.
We will explore what it is to create with lived experience that can influence or inform your work and how that can help others to engage in activities to support mental health.
This session will be delivered in Welsh only, and will be chaired by Alaw Griffiths, editor of Gyrru Drwy Storom, a volume dealing with mental health issues. 11 people who have been affected by mental illness submitted their experiences via poems, letters, diaries and essays.
